Refund policy

We have a 30-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at babymillion@babymillionofficial.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Baby Million, Netherton Mill, Holdsworth Road,Halifax, HX3 6SN

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

PRE ORDERS

PRE ORDERS are on an exchange basis only as quantities are ordered based on the total volume of pre orders we receive. The 30 day return/exchange policy still applies to pre orders, only on an exchange basis. 

INCORRECT DELIVERY DETAILS:

*Baby Million Limited will not be held liable for any incorrect delivery details entered at the time of ordering.
*In the event that goods are delivered to an incorrect delivery address due to incorrect details being entered at checkout, Baby Million Limited are under no obligation to refund the order.
* If the goods are returned to Baby Million Limited we will offer to resend the parcel to the correct details at a cost payable to yourself.
*If the order is no longer required once we have received it then a refund can be made minus the shipping costs.
* If a delivery error occurs due to a mistake made at Baby Million Limited, we will take full responsibility for our error and aim to correct the error immediately .


ORDERS:

*Once an order is placed on our website, you agree to all terms and conditions.
* Once an order is placed and accepted no amendments to the order can be made.
* All stock available will be stated upon the website for purchase.
* We do not offer pre-orders.
* All orders are to be paid for at time of purchase.
* Baby Million Limited can cancel, refuse or amend an order at any time

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Lost or Missing Parcels  

*In the unlikely event of a missing parcel, ( a parcel that can not be located once it has been dispatched from a Baby Million warehouse), We are unable to report the parcel ‘missing’ to our shipping courier for 5 business days as per their terms.
*An order can not be deemed ‘lost’ until this time has lapsed and therefore Baby Miliion are not liable to resend goods until a missing parcel claim has been accepted. Acceptance of a missing/lost parcel can take up to 30 working days for Royal Mail and Evri to investigate.
*We will endeavour to work with you to make an application for a full refund of missing goods via Royal Mail or Evri. 
*Royal Mails & Evri’s decisions are final regarding the acceptance/rejection of a claim.
*A false claim made will result in the customer account being removed and possible legal proceeding against the false claim.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
